Chivite proposes to uncork three of its emblematic wines: Chivite Collection 125 White 2008, Chivite Collection 125 Rosado 2007 and Chivite Collection 125 Reserve 2006. To enjoy with family or to give away.

The three wines come from the Finca de Legardeta, which is in a magnificent natural environment, with an Atlantic climate that is ideal for growing the vineyard in a protected farm and with a unique soil. The Chivite Collection 125 wine range is born after having picked and harvested the grapes that compose them. Traditional processes and the most sophisticated technology go hand in hand with these limited production wines to highlight the unique character of the fruit.

The Chivite Collection 125 Blanco 2008 is a very special wine, a white that ferments in French oak barrels and rests on its lees, being realized bâtonnages regularly throughout the process of aging in barrel. It has an intense and complex aroma. Smoked, citrus, white flowers, acacia, verbena. On the palate is fresh, with a tasty evolution and a persistent finish, on menthol notes.

The Chivite Pink 125 Collection 2007 elevates the category of pinks to a new dimension. Of limited production, it is elegant and complex, with aromas of red fruits, spices, peach white and with smoky notes. Composed of five different varieties of red grapes and has been raised for six months in
in French oak barrels on their own lees with weekly battonnages.

The Chivite Collection 125 Reserva 2006 has been made with Tempranillo grapes that has been bred in French oak for 14 months. It has a garnet color that accompanies a fine, complex aroma and that is balanced and structured in the mouth.

The Colección 125 range was launched in 1985 as a commemoration of the first export of Bodegas Chivite in 1860. RRP: € 110
